1.0Nothing....owner behaviour was so worse....the room was different from pic....location was so bad...I saw this on app ...noticed would pay at property ...but owner called me..and demand for advance...I gave...but when I arrived there..ambiance was so suffocating...I ask for refund ...but she denied..I recommend don't go there...seems rating is influenced...

3.0− I just booked the hotel in night for next day. When I called owner in the morning they said ur booking has been cancelled because u didn't pay the token advance money before 48 hr. It was really silly I booked hotel just before 12hr of stay how can I make payment before the booking. They keep saying we might sent u a mail for token money however I didn't received any mail from them about token and I was saying I can still pay the token before as we still had 5 hr before checking but they were rude and denied.

− - common kichen was not clean - dustbin was full - even rats were fighting - Once i raised issue then owner asked helper to clean
