1.0La habitación estaba razonablemente limpia, sin embargo la vajilla estaba sucia ya que no se permitía el uso de la cocina para limpiarla.
− Por dónde empezar: lean las reseñas de Google para conocer cómo son los dueños. No había agua caliente. Hubo un corte de agua anunciado a los vecinos pero no se nos avisó, así que no pudimos bañarnos/ducharnos. Lo peor fue el trato personal de el matrimonio que gestiona este alojamiento y una agencia de tours que hay más abajo en la misma calle. No te dicen que son pareja y te mienten, te mandan el uno al otro para presionarte a contratar tours con ellos a precios muy elevados y que no se ajustan a la descripción del servicio ofrecido. Pedimos que no entraran a limpiar nuestra habitación y la limpiaron igualmente, lo cual nos pareció intrusivo. No lo recomiendo

9.0Yoly's House is a nice small hostal in a traditional house a a 10 to 15 minutes walks from the center of Caraz. It is quiet and clean and we had a spaceous room with a private bathroom and comfortable beds. Nothing fancy otherwise. There was private parking two blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would have loved to stay more than just a single night. Before leaving, we visited the ruins of Tinshukaiko in the outskirts of Caraz, at walking distance. Do not miss that! It is not very well known, but certainly worth a visit. That site is hiding some surprising local legends.

Pleasant but not the best
6.0Yolanda is very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is bright and welcoming and, while basic, the rooms are clean and moderately comfortable.
− It feels a bit like a building site. Lots of houses in Peru feel like this but it really feels quite unfinished. It’s mostly clean but a lot of flies are downstairs. The check-in process was not ideal because our reservation hadn’t been noticed so we had to wait to check-in despite messaging ahead of time. The shower is also very poor.
