10.0Une belle et grande chambre avec tout le necessaire, une très belle piscine, des propriétaires adorables ( la dame cuisinait pour nous le soir sur demande ) Un excellent rapport qualité prix!

10.0We had a lovely stay at New Star Homestay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was hot water in the shower and a kettle with tea in the room. Room is as shown in pictures :) The pool was divine and very very clean. We were given a welcome juice and served breakfast on the stunning balcony. The family were lovely and welcoming as well. NOTE the homestay uses the old type D power sockets. We managed to find a store in town where we were able to buy one, but the phone stores do not sell them (try one of the local vendors selling miscellaneous things).

10.0Die unglaublich nette Gastfamilie und der Hausherr Lasantha - er hat uns jeden Tag bestens betreut und uns unsere Ausflüge organisiert. Wir waren mit knappem Budget unterwegs und er hat uns einen guten Preis gemacht. Wir machten zb die Village Tour mit Ochsen-Kutschenfahrt, Bootsfahrt und traditionellem kleinen Kochkurs mit super leckerem Mittagessen. Er hat uns auch eine hervorragende und preiswerte Safari im Minneriya Nationalpark organisiert mit direkter Abholung. Wir haben Hunderte Elefanten gesehen! Unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren 3 Nächte im Homestay. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

10.0The owner is really kind and helpful. They arranged safari tour for us with Prabodha Jeep Safari Habarana - we can recommend them! The pool was included and I enjoyed it. They made us breakfast, which was tasty.
