10.0Pobyt w Apartamencie Ejsa to czysta przyjemność. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony – wszystko jest na bieżąco uzupełniane, więc niczego nam nie brakowało. Pani właścicielka to przemiła i niezwykle pomocna osoba, która tworzy wspaniałą atmosferę.

1.0Não gostei de nada pq simplesmente o hotel alugou o meu quarto para outra pessoa. Foi a maior decepção que tive em todas as viagens que fiz para a Europa. Paguei o hotel em 31/03/2026, pelo valor sugerido e, simplesmente dois dias antes de fazermos o check-in, a pessoa responsável pelo hotel me passou uma mensagem que tinha alugado o mesmo quarto para outra pessoa, que eu teria que dormir no sótão e dividir o banheiro com uma mulher. Nunca aluguei um quarto na Europa com banheiro compartilhado pq prezo pela minha individualidade. Depois que consegui uma outra hospedagem em outro hotel e pedi para devolverem o que havia pago, a pessoa simplesmente me disse que não iria me reembolsar. Inacreditável, eles que cometeram o erro e eu que fui penalizado. As pessoas devem pensar bem antes de reservar essa hospedagem. Coisa de pilantra.
