8.0Cucina in comune a tutte la stanze molto utile, spazi esterni in condivisione, parcheggio comodo vicino e all'ombra, comodo ad una ventina minuti dalla stazione e dalle spiagge di montgat personale molto cordiale e discreto

10.0Я приехала в Испанию на конференцию вместе с друзьями, и мы остановились на этой вилле. Номер был рассчитан на троих, но мы комфортно разместились вчетвером. Условия проживания мне понравились: в номере был холодильник, прекрасная терраса, всё необходимое для отдыха. Отдельная кухня находилась внизу, там были все условия, чтобы самостоятельно приготовить еду. До автобусной остановки всего около 3 минут пешком, а примерно за 7 минут на автобусе можно доехать до пляжа и ближайших супермаркетов, поэтому расположение было очень удобным. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить хозяйку за гостеприимство и приятную атмосферу. Очень понравилось и общение с другими людьми, которые жили рядом: мы познакомились, подружились и прекрасно провели время. У меня остались очень тёплые воспоминания об этой поездке и проживании.
− На самом деле ничего такого отметить не могу. Всё было хорошо, условия соответствовали нашим потребностям, и я осталась довольна проживанием.

6.0La comunicación con Barcelona por transporte público.
− Indica que está frente a la playa pero no es así, ya que debes caminar 20 minutos o 10 en coche. Las camas resultan incómodas y no limpiaron la habitación ni recogieron papeleras en toda la semana de estancia. Además, en mi habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no fue suficiente con el ventilador que pusieron. Por último, en mi habitación estaba el termo que suministra agua caliente y no creo que sea el lugar para colocar ese aparato. Pedí unas pilas para el mando de tv pero me dijeron que les habían robado muchas y que las comprase yo si quería ver la tv en la zona común.
Je le recommande vivement, et si un jour je dois révisiter Barcelone je louerai cet établissement.Merci au personnel
