8.0Very close to Kovalam beach and light house. Caring nature and guidance of the owner.
− Difficult to access the home stay by the aged persons due to its location as narrow lane and high slope are there.
My stay was comfortable and it met my requirement.
8.0The facility is in walkable distance to Kovalam Beach. Its best in two scenarios 1) if you come for Business meeting where you will be out full day and need a place to stay at night. They provide breakfast which meets the purpose. The caretaker is very friendly and supportive 2)Its also good and economical if you come to stay for extended time say one month and want to simply enjoy beach life ,prepare food on self for a while and cover rest of Trivandrum. Its walkable distance to beach with cool breeze in the night , But do keep in mind you can reach the stay only on bike (arranged by the Stay)after parking the car a small distance apart
− The Home Stay have basic facilities clean, well kept and managed. Its close to beach but do not have direct view of the beach
