Prperty requires major overhaul
1.0The facilities and cleanliness are below par. The fan had layers of dust, washroom plumbing is blocked, washbasin and drain covers are dirty. There was no drinking water kept and when we asked for it, we were told that they use spring water but can arrange mineral water. The bedsheet was not clean and there are stains on bedroom wall. We requested for a heater as temperature was 10 degrees C and what came was dusty and had wire connected with insulation tape. We informed the person in charge that we will not be able to stay there and he was courteous enough to accept the feedback. We moves out and luckily found a room in a better property nearby. The place needs renovation but the person incharge is very courteous and has good communication skills and attitude. Hopefully, this will become a great place to stay once it is done up.
