Bardzo dobry wybór dla osób nie wymagających osobnej łazienki w swoim pokoju.
9.0Kontakt z właścicielem, czystość, lokalizacja, parking, aneks kuchenny, salon i otoczenie: wszystko OK.
− Jedynym minusem jest fakt, iż łazienka i toaleta znajduje się poza pokojem i dostęp do nich jest przez ogólnodostępny korytarz.
