− No staff available after 7 pm and no info given. Poor key lock. Trouble opening after locking. Was not told after7 pm no staff. Called help number at front of building and no person responded. Stressful as I had three people try the lock. Finally got in and could not go out due to very bad key lock. A good place if there were better locks and staff at reception to give you information if a problem arises.

8.0Perfect place to start an early morning weekend hike. If you are expecting a place with hotel amenities, look elsewhere. This is an alpine chalet/hut. Spacious and clean bedroom, lovely balcony with a view of the Jungfrau. The shared bathroom was clean.
