6.0Lovely set up
− Free Breakfast is very misleading. What’s free is bread and coffee. If you order a cooked breakfast you pay for this.
Amazing, it was worth the price (for three people around 450฿ each).
10.0The location was very nice. The rooms were scattered over the property, which gave off a nice atmosphere. There were also some lovely animals: cats, geese and dogs. The staff were very kind and friendly. It was a nice and quiet getaway from the city life. There were many room options (there was a room with three beds) and the beds as well as the pillows and blanket were extremely comfy. As well as many facilities (balcony, rooftop with camp fire, common area with tea, coffee and snacks) there was also a designated space for parking.

8.0The place is beautiful, with a small pool with ducks and flowers, surrounded by trees. A very quiet place in a small village, great for people who love being in nature.The common places are very welcoming and you can rest there for hours
− The room window did not open, and there where no nets on the door to prevent mosquito from entering. You need a car or motorbike to get anywhere from there.

The best home stay in northern Thailand for me. I highly recommend that travelers give it a try.
10.0One of the two ladies (sisters) who manage the Home is the kindest, most friendly host I have had in Chiang Mai province. The landscaping of the property is a mini natural park. I miss staying at Nokkamin Home in Chiang Dao. I could easily enjoy staying long term but my Visa ends soon. I will try hard to return. Motorbike or car is a good idea.
