1.0zero...hate the owner...bloody rude....stupid!! even booking.com did a big blunder on our booking...owner so stupid and selfish, whatsap me and requested me to cancel my booking which was accepted by booking.com. 3 staffs from booking.com handled my case but rejected my full refund...earlier all 3 staffs promised a full refund and 50% discount on my replacement booking...im really dissapointed with booking.com...i hv made a few advance booking with you for korea...athens...austria and mecca madina and now i feel like cancelling them for what booking.com has done for me

Good accommodation and nice facilities, shame about the noise.
7.0Nice location out of the city center, friendly owner, really delicious nasi goreng for breakfast. Nice hot shower. Also has affordable hassle free scooter rentals. I didn't mind that there was no air con because Bukittinggi has a cooler climate anyway.
− Very loud mosque next door at 5am. Found the cats in the small cage outside very upsetting.
