− Il y a tromperie sur l'offre: La maison a très mal vieilli et ne correspond plus aux photos de présentation et la maison présente de nombreuses fissures et du salpêtre surtout SDB du bas et montee escalier pas de possibilité de fermer la porte à clé La cuisine est obsolète, sale, et les 3/4 de l'électroménager fonctionnent pas Equiipements accessoires cuisine inadaptés pour 8 personnes.. WC DU 1er étage inutilisable au niveau chasse d'eau et lavabo bouche et débouche par nos soins pour une utilisation normale. L électricité de la maison dijoncte des l utilisation de 2 appareils électriques. Piscine pas en service malgré les photos de l annonce. À l arrivée sur place 1 poubelle était pleine avec plein de mouches.

− Es könnte gepflegter sein und besser geputzt. Die Türen klemmen, man braucht Kraft, sonst kommt man nicht ins Haus.

Fabulous villa with all amenities, lovely pool and great host

We spent a wonderful week at a delightful villa just outside Catania — it was absolutely cute, and made for the perfect base to explore family‑style in Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the owner set the tone: we began with a warm handshake and ended our stay with a heartfelt hug. Her kindness and enthusiasm in showing us around made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself had everything one could wish for. The kitchen was fully equipped—even offering proper cutlery and cookware to prepare meals just like at home. Outside, a fantastic pool beckoned for afternoon dips, while multiple seating areas scattered around the property offered peaceful spots to relax, read and spend time with the family. Lots of beautiful trees around. Accommodation was generous and family‑friendly: On the first floor, three bedrooms (all double rooms) with shared family bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor, there were two more bedrooms — one was a double with an en‑suite WC, and the other had a double and a single. Together, the space comfortably housed our family and felt both spacious and cozy. I really liked the traditional look of the villa. This villa is ideal for families wanting to explore Catania and the surrounding region. However, a car is highly recommended to make the most of the area. We drove to the dramatic landscapes of Mount Etna, visited several beaches, Alcantara Gorges (gole alcantara), the stunning historic town of Taormina, and even spent a day in Syracuse (Siracusa)—all easily accessible with good local roads. Leuke authentieke, ruime villa met hartelijke ontvangst.

De ruimte in het huis, de tuin met verse citroenen,, de rust en de hartelijke ontvangst door Carmen en Teresa. Het huis straalt een authentieke sfeer uit en is een goede uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan de Erna, Taormina en Catania. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van goed werkende airco's.

− De deur van de vaatwasser is stuk en ook het Koffiezetapparaat is aan vernieuwing toe. Het sanitair is wat gedateerd; het toilet spoelt soms niet goed door.
