Perfect stay if you choose the right room.
8.0The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food was very very good. The location is good as it’s located away from busy Indian life. The wifi was good and we had electricity 24/7 during our 5 night stay. Our first room was not very nice (see negative issues), but after we changed rooms it was perfect. By far the best room the third (=last) one on the first floor.
− The first night was very bad and we thought about moving to another hotel. We slept in the middle room and on one sight was a family with a small child which was screaming all the time. The tv was loud and the parents arguing all the time. Not a big issue if there would have been good noise isolation. Unfortunately there are doors between the rooms which are not soundproof at all. So never take the middle of the 3 rooms. If we would have had the 3rd toom immediately, we would have rated this accommodation the maximum score of 10. Luckily the noisy family stayed just one night and we could move to a good room. The matras in 2 rooms is very firm, but in the third room is a nice, soft mattress.

9.0The highlight was the homely atmosphere. Right from Rishav who runs it, his parents and the full support staff team from Ravi’s food to each and every person was perfect. The location right in the middle of the tea estate and having fresh produce was incredible. Rishav is born and brought up there and knows every tiny corner and can give great recommendations. Close to the safari as well. Don’t miss the tea tour and the story of how the family migrated from Rajasthan.
