Booking was not honored, and we were denied accommodation despite having a confirmed reservation.
1.0Unfortunately, I couldn’t experience the property because the hotel refused to honor my confirmed booking before check-in.
− I called the hotel before arriving to confirm my stay. They informed me that they could not find or accept my booking and refused to accommodate us. We even offered to pay directly at the property, but they still declined. This caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our travel plans. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Confirmed booking denied after 8 hours of travel, rude staff, filthy rooms, and a terrible experience. Avoid this place.
1.0Nothing. This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had.
− We had a confirmed booking through Booking.com and traveled for around 8 hours to reach the hotel, only to be told we could not check in because they demanded an extra advance payment outside the Booking.com platform. This was never made clear during booking. After such a long journey, they simply refused to honor our confirmed reservation. The owner and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The property was also in terrible condition dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, bugs everywhere, and poor maintenance. The entire place looked neglected and was nothing like what was advertised. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of staying here to avoid this hotel. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy. There are much better places nearby that actually respect their guests

10.0Our stay at Mountain Golden Ray Hotel was truly amazing. The location, cleanliness, and staff were excellent, and the beautiful mountain views made it even more special.

Very Bad… A nightmare
2.0It was bad in all respect except location. Further Booking.com cheated us by charging GST because hotel didn’t have GST no. Further they told us to cancel the booking through booking.com to avail discount equivalent to GST
− Everything was bad. Staff was not cordial and it was a total waste of money
