9.0Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und herzlich – so eine offene und freundliche Person trifft man wirklich selten! Schon bei der Ankunft hat er uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein, und während des Aufenthalts hat er sich immer wieder aufmerksam um unser Wohl gekümmert. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleinen Gesten: Er bot uns Getränke und Snacks an, nahm sich Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch und bereitete uns am Morgen frisches Obst vor – eine liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit, die den Start in den Tag besonders angenehm machte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wer einen Aufenthalt mit persönlicher Note, herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und viel Wohlfühlatmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

10.0Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein riesengroßes Frühstück wurde aufgetischt in seiner privaten Küche, eigentlich alles was landestypisch ist - sehr lecker. Unglaubliche Gastfreundlichkeit - würde ich allen empfehlen.

Quiet oasis in town.
10.0Great location for access to Ambuluwawa Tower which Kumudu arranged us a tuk tuk for. He takes great pride in his home and yard and it shows. He also has a love for birds which he feeds in his backyard. Great cook and conversationalist. Fun guy to chat with.

10.0Very clean and comfortable room with air condition, warm water (even it was raining and cloudy weather), modern bathroom, fast and stable WLAN, mosquito nets at the windows and the possibility to close the windows completely as it was relatively cold weather. Breakfast was outstanding and we were asked of our wishes. We have chosen a mix of continental and Sri Lanka breakfast and got a delicious meal. Thank you Kumudu for the very nice stay at your house !
