6.0− The location of Narra Homestay – Maskeliya is good and convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, and I saw cockroaches and spiders, which made the stay uncomfortable. The person managing the homestay did respond to our requests and did what we asked, but they were not very friendly and were quite slow to respond. Parking is another drawback, as it is difficult and not suitable for cars or vans—it's better suited for tuk-tuks and motorcycles. With improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and parking access, the overall experience could be much better.

7.0- Great location - Ram was a great caretaker and cook. He was always very helpful - Rooms were decent and comfortable
− - Cleanliness in the bathrooms could be better. There was a foul smell coming from all 3 bathrooms - Wifi wasn’t working
