Niestety, około pół godziny przed przyjazdem, będąc już w trasie po potwierdzonej rezerwacji, otrzymałem informację o je
1.0− Niestety, moje doświadczenie z tą rezerwacją było bardzo negatywne. Po wcześniejszym potwierdzeniu pobytu i będąc już w drodze do miejsca docelowego, około pół godziny przed planowanym przyjazdem otrzymałem informację o odwołaniu rezerwacji. Było to bardzo niekomfortowe, ponieważ znajdowałem się już w trasie i liczyłem na bezproblemowe zameldowanie po przyjeździe. Sytuacja ta spowodowała sporo stresu i konieczność szybkiego szukania alternatywnego noclegu na ostatnią chwilę. Uważam, że takie odwołanie w tak krótkim czasie przed przyjazdem jest bardzo nieprofesjonalne i może znacząco utrudnić podróż.
