Tenía buena ubicación.

− Los propietarios no hablaban nada de inglés y la comunicación fue difícil. La aplicación decía que tenía el desayuno incluido pero ellos decían que no aunque finalmente nos lo sirvieron.

Great location near the city centre, easy access to restaurants, plenty of parking spaces, and exceptionally clean.

− There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and a staff member was smoking in the lobby. Although I booked a package that included breakfast, no breakfast was provided. The lobby was cluttered and poorly organised. The area around the shop lots was quite quiet at night, which felt a little unsafe. There was no TV in the room, and no towels were provided. Shampoo and body wash were available, but only a small amount was left. The shower area in the bathroom was unfinished and did not have tiled walls.

1. The price is reasonable. 2. The host assisted me found a Sipadan spot in the last minute which I was really appreciated.

− 1. Our booking is breakfast included. But the homestay didn’t provide it at all. The host promised to reimburse the expenses of daily breakfast but did not meet their commitments. They don’t reply any of the messages about the reimbursement after we check-out. Make sure you have everything settled before you leave the property. 2. We booked a car with the homestay to airport. The driver was lated for more than 30 mins and we had to pay extra to find another car at 5 am just to catch our flight. 3. The room has strong odor of toilet and our room comes without windows which make it worse. 4. The room has many ants and other insects.

poor management & not suitable for muslim. suggest to emphasize spesific homestay for NON MUSLIM only.

spacious room

− waiting for check in ( already informed spesific time for check in during order), but no receptionist available, and waiting for 30 min there. then,they last minute inform me as customer the room is not available, and offered similar room at different place ( a bit far from original ). Then, tv channel also in chinese languge which we cannot understand. then during morning we asking for breakfast as included in our order, they said they prepare brekafast for CHINESE/ NON local only. for local people @ MUSLIM not breakfast available…..???? and during check out, me as customer the one keep searching the owner for checkout. no worker available for check out processss. even the owner late wake up because of drinking last night? r u not serious for doing the bussiness? so pity, nice spacious place but very bad management!!!!!
