Just what I needed for an overnight stay visiting family nearby
7.0I really appreciated being able to get a room at very short notice as I was dealing with a family emergency. The bathroom was excellent - spacious and clean with a great shower. I was able to pick up the keys and then come back late in the evening which was really helpful. Fridge was really useful. Wi-Fi was available which wasn't on the description
− Window blind was broken so wouldn't pull down to cover bottom third of window so it was too light for me. Winter weight duvet was far too warm so I just used the cover The kettle was perched on the edge of the table and only the plug only just reached the extension cable on the floor so it was easy for it to tip off the edge. There was quite a jumble of cables around the TV which looked messy. There was an exercise bike in the room and the fridge was perched on a cupboard which made it feel a bit cluttered. A few little tweaks would make a big difference and it may be that booking at short notice meant that a couple of things hadn't been checked.
