10.0应该是房主自住房的一室一厅带厨卫用于出租的，所以维护得很干净整洁。基本各种生活用品都提供到位了，比如锅碗瓢盆刀叉杯盘，还有冰箱，洗碗机，微波炉，咖啡机，胶囊咖啡，洗衣机，洗衣粉等等。自己需要准备的是拖鞋，牙刷牙膏等洗漱用品。 客厅连厨房比较大，活动空间充足，厨房有一个大岛台，客厅还有一张大桌子，东西能摊开放，比常规酒店要舒服太多了。 沙发拉开可以当床，很宽，和卧室床差不多。卧室床垫枕头都比较软，不过睡起来还是很舒服。 厨房，洗脸台，浴室的水龙头出水力度都很合适，不会觉得太大或者太小，出热水也很快。
− 一定要挑的话，有两个点。一是厕所在卧室里面，如果家庭三人入住会稍有不便。另一个是浴室的门是两扇活动门，再小心水也会从缝里流到外面，所以要小心不要滑倒，并且每次洗完要自己打扫一下。这个如果能改善的话就完美了。
