9.0瑞穂駅から徒歩数分の好立地で、徒歩でもアクセス可能。 駐車場はないですが、すぐそばに駅の駐車場があるので止めることが可能です。 宿は大学の合宿所のような雰囲気ですが、全体的に手入れが整っていて清潔です。 水回りも全く不快感なく使うことができました。 ホストのおば様は非常に丁寧で優しい方です。 中国語が分からなくても、アプリで会話できると思います。 日本人にも安心してオススメできる宿です。何より安い！
− 私たちが泊まった時は宿泊者が少なかったのですが、多くの宿泊者がいる時は、ロビーで宿泊者同士の交流が起きるかもしれません。 文化交流が好きな人にはいいかもですが、苦手な人はちょっと困るかも？

2.0宿の機能としては特に問題なかった。
− Booking.comの案内には、支払方法は、Visa,Master,JCB（現金の記載は無し！）となっていたが、宿では現金で払ってくれと言われた。 結局、宿の事務所にはクレジットカードのリーダーが無いため、宿の裏にある食堂（経営者は同じ）のレジにあるクレジットカードリーダーで支払った。 Booking.comと宿のどちらの問題かはわからないが、いずれにせよ利用者にとっては迷惑な話で不愉快だった。

8.0很棒，老板娘有鄉下人的熱情，所以04／03晚上又續訂一晚。之後來花蓮瑞穗旅遊，一定會來這家光顧
