10.0The staff were very welcoming! The room was very clean! They warned us in advance about the cash we needed to withdraw in Taitung before arriving on the island. They offered us scooters to rent in advance, so we didn't have to be approached at the port. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the two convenience stores on the island and at the port. I highly recommend this hotel!
