9.0雖然房內空間不算太大，不過該有的設備都有，窗外還有漂亮的山景，停車場還有遮雨棚。
− 一樓大廳感覺還在裝修有點凌亂，冰箱內部沒有清潔，看了會不太敢用，浴室內的設備也有些部份需要維修，洗澡的熱水有點兩極，不是超燙就是直接慢慢變冷水。
