Just an average accomodation. Nothing outstanding .
5.0Breakfast outsource . Not so appetizing . Location ok easy to find but far away from town centre and convenience stores . No eateries nearby .
− If stay near the front gate , very noisy with highway traffic at night , Dogs kept barking whenever a vehicle entered the compound . Bathroom floor can be slippery . No hair dryer .
Overall, our stay was disappointing and we would not choose to stay here again.

− The room was very sparsely equipped. There was no TV, refrigerator, washing machine, cooking stove, or even a small kettle, making it much less comfortable than expected. The corridor leading to the bedrooms also had a strong urine smell, which suggested a lack of proper maintenance. The bathroom drainage was also poor. After each shower, water would accumulate and flood the bathroom, taking several hours to drain away. This made using the bathroom unpleasant and significantly affected the comfort of our stay. In addition, the property is located next to the expressway, so traffic noise was noticeable throughout our stay. Considering the price, there are many better accommodation options in Bentong, less than a five-minute drive away, that offer far better value and amenities. Unfortunately, the durians from the farm were also disappointing. We purchased a 3.6 kg durian that was personally selected by the owner, but it turned out to be unripe. To his credit, the owner promptly replaced it. However, instead of providing a replacement of equivalent weight, he gave us two smaller durians and declined our repeated requests to weigh them, insisting they were more than enough to compensate for the original fruit. He also suggested that the issue arose because we had requested a larger durian, which we felt unfairly shifted the responsibility onto us. This experience left us feeling that the replacement was not handled transparently or fairly. We also found that the prices charged at the farm were around 1.5 to 2 times higher than those at other durian sellers in the area. During our trip, we visited a durian stall in Sg Dua and enjoyed excellent-quality durians at much more reasonable market prices.
