10.0I had to book a place to stay last-minute as I was attending a business conference nearby. I had no idea what to expect as I didn’t look too closely at the property profile. I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the owners Putu & Yuli. They are delightful. Their English was impressive. The kindest reception I have had at accommodation in 17 years of coming to Bali. The property is beautiful. The room was perfect & the bed was incredibly comfortable. I didn’t have time for breakfast which was a shame because I know it would have been delicious & I missed the opportunity to chat more with Putu & Yuli. A home from home. I will be back. Thanks Putu and Yuli

First Time Bali Visitors
10.0The whole family, staff and dog were amazing! The owners helped us with anything we needed. They also provided many activities and things to see to get us in tune with Bali. Usually when my wife and I travel, we find ourselves wondering if we saw and did enough to say we truly visited and took enough in. A few days at Serongga and we could say that we did! Thank you to this wonderful family for making that magic happen. We will forever remember this place and have a big heart for it and the people there. The Serongga Guest House will take care of you!
