Awful wish to receive an apology letter and a refund I am considering writing to the tourism board responsible for riads

My experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing due to the poor hospitality and lack of respect shown during our arrival. We arrived late because of an unexpected delay, and unfortunately my phone battery had died. We initially went to another riad operated by the same company and explained the situation. We politely asked if our booking could either be transferred or refunded. Instead, we were told to come to the booked riad. When we arrived, someone looked at us through the window but left us waiting outside instead of welcoming us in. As I have a disability, I asked if I could sit down while we waited. There were stairs at the entrance, and I also requested a ground-floor room because of my mobility needs. My requests were ignored while the young man on duty continued making phone calls rather than speaking to me respectfully. The situation became increasingly uncomfortable. My son was upset waiting outside, and I began to feel that the staff member was calling others to create problems rather than trying to resolve the situation. I no longer felt safe, so we decided to leave. The e-bike driver who brought us there witnessed what happened. I requested a refund, but this was refused. I also felt discouraged from leaving an honest review. It appeared that the same young man was managing both riads. The Bennie entrance is attractive, but it has no accessible facilities for guests with disabilities. The Elmesk riad may have disability facilities, but the entrance was dirty, with rubbish and drainage issues that gave a very poor first impression. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience. I expected understanding, professionalism, and basic respect, particularly given my disability, but unfortunately I received none of these.

Buon posto al centro della medina

La posizione è assolutamente il massimo, proprio al centro della medina. Sanaa è stata super gentile offrendosi anche di lavare alcune magliette gratuitamente. La terrazza è un bel valore aggiunto. Il prezzo è piuttosto basso tutto considerato.

− La dimensione di bagni e docce sarebbe da rivedere. Va anche detto che il minareto attaccato alla struttura è fonte di grande disturbo, con i canti alle 4.15 ogni notte, e il rumore nei corridoi è fastidioso se gli altri ospiti non sono educati (come è successo nel mio caso).
