− Cheiro de comida no corredor que entrava nos quartos. Ar condicionado não se pode controlar ao gosto de cada hóspede pois é um apartamento em que foram criados vários quartos.

− Tête de lit qui est mal fixée donc bruit toute la nuit et salle de bain et WC en dehors de la chambre (sur palier)
