10.0Na de nachttrein vanuit Hanoi kwamen we moe en enigszins verkreukeld aan bij het station in Sapa, en daar stond de chauffeur van Sapa’s Soul al op ons te wachten. De homestay zelf is verrassend netjes, met een warme douche die na een lange treinreis precies is wat je nodig hebt. De kamers zijn schoon en gezellig, precies de sfeer die je bij een homestay hoopt te vinden. Wat Sapa’s Soul echt onderscheidt is hoeveel ze voor je regelen, en tegen zeer redelijke prijzen. Vervoer, uitstapjes, tips voor de omgeving, ze denken met je mee zonder dat het overweldigend wordt. Ze spreken ook goed Engels. Voor wie Sapa wil ontdekken zonder zelf alles te hoeven uitzoeken: dit is de plek.

10.0Our favourite homestay in Vietnam! Oanh and the rest of the family made us feel very welcomed and were really kind and helpful. The homestay is in the middle of the rice fields with a great view of the mountains (for some people it might be too far away from the city center or loud in the night because of the many animals). The homecooked food was delicious. The dogs & cats made us feel even more like home.

10.0Oanh and everyone else at Sapa's Soul were so warm and helpful, I had a great stay there as a solo traveller! It was lovely to be surrounded by beautiful nature and it was very easy to trek around the valley and explore all the nearby sights. I was also able to have great vegetarian food throughout my stay. Would definitely love to come back here some day :)
