4.0Close to main road
− Very dated. Windows and surrounds need cleaning. Step to toilet quite dirty, on the toilet side. Parking on a hill. Overwhelmingly smell of deodoriser made me gag. Had to leave door open to try and clear it.

Very comfortable accommodation in a good location.
8.0My self contained studio room was clean and tidy. Had a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster and microwave oven and standard crockery and cutlery and a spacious shower in the good sized bathroom. There was the bathroom basin adequately provided water and sink for the kitchen. The supermarket was a convenient 15min walk away or 5 minute drive. I found the room very warm and cosy, the heat pump was operating prior to my arrival. Very comfortable accommodation.
