9.0Very clean and modern. Quiet, safe area. Easy access to the rest of Fairbanks.
− There was no sauna to be found, though the listing mentions there is supposed to be one. Never saw, nor talked with any representative of the B&B, as entry was completely electronic. -Perhaps I just missed it?
Value was much better than the large hotels in the area.

9.0When we rolled up to the Adamina, we weren't sure what to think...but the rooms are GREAT! They are laid out as mini-apartments within a larger house, but the amenities to each are really good. Full sized refrigerators, washer/dryers, and bathrooms were in our room.
− Some things in the apartment were a bit dated...however, I am fully aware that Dan (the owner) is constantly working on improving the facility...and I mean constantly. So if I were to return, I'd go in believing that the facility/amenities would improve wach time.

10.0Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig und ist extrem sauber und hübsch gestaltet. Es riecht hier auch sehr gut und gar nicht nach Chemie. Der Gastgeber hat prompt auf Wünsche reagiert und uns geholfen.

8.0− Tv connection issues after 1st day, could use paper plates & plastic silverware & paper towels If come early, have a folding chair on porch to wait til check in time
