7.0Piękne okolice oraz wnętrze obiektu. Działająca klimatyzacja. Miły właściciel.
− Trochę zaniedbana górna kuchnia. Mało łazienek (nie było problemu, ale przy większym obłożeniu mógłby się pojawić). Cienkie ściany przy bardzo głośnych schodach.

4.0Сподався тільки персонал. Шумоізоляція відсутня взагалі,таке враження що в помешканні живе велика шведська сімʼя, чистота в номері та вбиральні.

10.0Удобное место для ночлега в частном секторе с парковкой на закрытой территории. Хорошо оборудованная общая кухня и просторный чистый общий санузел.
