1.0The moment I checked in..I did not want to stay in so I looked for another hotel
− No lift as my mother couldn't climb the stairs and the toilet was so smelly when I my son want to use the toilet before we enter the room

6.0The glass windows are nice. Whole family can stay together. Big group friendly. Food outlet opens at 8.30am. Opposite Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, very very good location. Grab drivers also can easily find. All the massage parlours are just below !
− The toilet is separated from the room, and it is inconvenient. Not for fussy people. On Sunday, there are Zumba at 7am which will definitely disturb your sleep. There are no lift in this homestay.

9.0The homestay offered great value for the price. I felt that the price was justified. The location was convenient opposite Nagoya Hill Mall. The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were basic, and the bed was comfortable.
− The only drawback was the toilet situation. While the toilets were clean, they had a persistent smell. Additionally, the toilets are located outside the rooms in a common corridor but are designated according to room numbers. This setup might not be ideal for everyone. Please note that there is no lift in the homestay, which could be a consideration for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. In summary, it was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I would recommend it to families and friends looking for a comfortable stay. The toilet situation and lack of a lift are worth considering, but if these are not major concerns for you, it’s a good choice.
