10.0We had booked a room, but unfortunately, it was being renovated. Nevertheless, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel manager. We left our phone in the taxi. She went to great lengths, digging through everything to help us find it and ultimately allowed us to retrieve it. She showed incredible kindness and effort to make sure we weren't left stranded. Thank you so much! It was even better than a room. JF
