3.0地理位置離角板山老街近，走路就可到達
− 有滿多狀況的因業主有補償就不詳述了，希望業主可以把基本的服務做好，而不是等有狀況來補償，出遊的興致被破壞力，基本是補償不上的！經營民宿不是希望回頭客人要多嗎？我只能說絕不會再來這民宿！平台跟google的評語，負評可能比較有參考價值，因為我是看正評來的！

7.0環境清幽、用心佈置、花園用心照顧
− 隱蔽性不佳，最吸引人是窗外的風景，但時常有人路過。 民宿車位設計不佳難以停車，餐點品質一般

9.0這次訂的是四人房, 房間比照片看的還要大, 進去後每個人都哇~~~ 有雙洗手槽早上刷牙不打架, 衞浴也是分開的很讚. 早餐根本是來到美食店, 豐富到吃不完. 景觀餐廳景色棒會想帶家人來吃飯或住宿. 園區景色很棒很舒適. 忘了說還有一隻會說話一說就很久的鸚鵡kiwi, 兩隻在睡覺的貓, 兩隻安靜到不行的陸龜, 大人小孩都喜歡.
− 其實看得出民宿主人很用心, 但我有一點建議, 那些哈比屋或教堂之類的造景其實不必要, 因為需要維護整理, 若没有整理那就不需要(例如造型電話亭裏有蜘蛛網根本不能進去拍照), 因為園區的景觀就是一大特色, 放幾張椅子有個遮陽棚客人可以耍廢聊天即可. 對我來說那就很棒了.
