房間整體尚可，但睡眠品質受到不少影響。床墊相當硬，對我而言不太舒適；民宿旁水溝夜間青蛙叫聲非常大，較怕吵的人可能需要準備耳塞。寢具存在洗衣後殘留的特殊氣味，房間內也有不少螞蟻，因此晚上睡得不太好。

位置離市區較遠，但離瑞穗牧場近。腹地大且好停車。老闆很熱情客氣，還招待了2瓶當地特色茶飲，雖然設備較老舊但又能滿足各項需求。不是精緻民宿。因為近山區所以蟲蟻較多自行考量。PS:老闆娘說最近會整修，期待會變得更好。

10.0這次選擇住茶行民宿，如預期的有好茶喝，有現成的好茶伴手禮可買。預期外的是親切的老闆賢伉儷，邊泡茶邊聊天；隔天睡醒看到窗外茶園風光及山嵐令人驚艷 。愉快的住宿體驗！謝謝老闆賢伉儷！
