− The rooms were not properly cleaned. Animal feces in the rooms and toilet. Awful smell coming from the rooms.

− Sehari sebelum check in ada call homestay tanya duit dah masuk belum nak booking sebab sebelum ni penah ade kes dah booking kat booking.com tapi owner tak tau pun. Staff yang angkat call jawab mcm nak tak nak je. 3 kali tanya boleh ke nak masuk awal. First dia kata tak pasti lagi suruh chat hari check in. Then pagi hari check in tu tanya lagi sekali tak jawab. Kali ke 3 baru nak cakap kalau early check in bayar rm 20 . Bantal dengan cadar taktau la ade kesan apa merah².

− 灰尘多，蜘蛛网多，蚂蚁多，床单肮脏，冷气灰尘满满，一点都不冷，又臭一个味道，非常糟糕，完全不能接受
