Once you find it, an excellent location and quiet ! 
8.0Great location. Quiet! Ooty is a noisy place, not like it was 40 years ago! Wonderful roof terrace with great views. Excellent owner who was extremely helpful and patient.
− Very difficult to find. Could do with some kind of sign post on the main road as it's very tucked away. Google Maps doesn't help you a lot.
Book as your last option..
1.0Location is good but very far. Should book the property as a last option.
− Rooms are old - aesthetically good but very unclean. Bedbugs all over the place. Food is very medicore. Also you cannot moved around the place on your own. Need to have somebody from the tea estate with you. More of a rehab vibe..
Manager and the owners go beyond to help during the stay.
