We were comfortable and happy. It was a wonderful stay.
10.0This is a lovely home and Patti is an amazing host. The kitchen is fully equipped unlike so many rent-a-house listings and Patti provides excellent information regarding nearby dining if you prefer that. There was no awkwardness in sharing the common areas. The location is quiet and close to supermarkets and "everyday shopping." It provides reasonable access to Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater as well as Bradenton and Sarasota to the south. I would not hesitate to book again if my plans have me in the area in the future.
− The only possible negative I can think of is that if your interest is focused exclusively on one area or another you may be driving a little further than is ideal, but it did suit our plans and we were happy.

10.0This is the owner’s home, part of which is cleverly arranged to accommodate visitors. The guest area includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The shared area features a very beautiful and spacious living room, as well as a well‑equipped kitchen. The host is very pleasant; unfortunately, we did not have much time to chat with her. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
It’s a great house in a wonderful location.
10.0The place was absolutely amazing. Wonderful location, gated neighborhood, pool allocated. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was very kind and was keen to help with everything. Special thanks to Patti for Christmas decorations of the house.
