10.0管理服務人員細心、熱忱，用心接待毎一位客人，地理位置極佳，整體空間明亮乾淨整潔，並有很大的公共空間與廚房供使用，房型選擇也非常多，是台南住宿的首選
整體住宿很棒，不過因為是老公寓改建，所以沒有電梯，帶行李比較多時有點麻煩，但這是原本就有告知的事情，所以也能夠理解，地點非常方便，基本上市區走路就可以到想去的地方
10.0地點非常方便，針對孩子還有多提供一個床墊很感謝
− 廁所抽風機蠻弱，後來需要開窗才能通風，但因為窗戶超大，所以使用廁所時必須把窗簾拉下來，就變得有點尷尬，一直在開關窗簾
