9.0The Owners are active in running the property. They take a personal interest in the food being prepared for the guests, and it shows. They are very helpful to make your stay comfortable.

9.0Peaceful and quite in mid of hustling city market, birds chirping, beautiful haveli with modern amenities, tree filled traditional courtyard, home made food and personal attention to detail. Mother and son Phalke's were excellent hosts.

Solo traveller beware!
7.0Large bedroom. Breakfast was good and staff very polite. Courtyard was pleasant area to sit.
− Only finding out on arrival that there no catering for me (lunch, dinner, drinks, etc.) didn’t find out reason, believe I was only person staying. Had to go out in surrounding streets to find meals and drinks. No windows in room.

9.0The room was gorgeous, everything was clean. The staff was helpful, answering all our questions. Also playing holi was memorable in that place. The food is very nice. The driver recommended by the hotel was great he took us around to admire the beauties of Gwalior and took us all the way to Khajuraho with a visit to Orchha along the way. The landlord is a wonderful and kind person.
