老闆很熱情介紹周遭環境，下雨天還撐傘出來幫我們指引，有電梯適合長輩上下樓。謝謝老闆能滿足我們的需求（增加水和棉被）
10.0這次睡六人房，床很好睡，離夜市走路大概五至十分鐘，離弈順軒很近採買方便，水壓很強，有冰箱可冰 朋友們睡其他房間的也睡得很好

超乎預期的住宿體驗
10.0民宿主人親切健談，屋況良好，房子門口騎樓，就有停車空間，每個房間都寬敞舒適，我們一家入住剛好包棟，頂樓四人房非常豪華，有超大的客廳，三樓的四人房剛好有浴缸可以泡澡，每間房洗澡淋浴的水龍頭水壓很強，房間內的插座數量很多超級好，走路約十分鐘可到羅東夜市，不想去夜市的話，附件也有很多店家，是個生活機能很方便的房子。
