for us, this accommodation in lovely ruili village was a true hidden gem and, if we could, we'd give them a 20/10. we have stayed at numerous accommodations all around the world, many of them very good. but nowhere have we felt more comfortable and welcomed than at gaodiyuan tea b&b. the room, restaurant and common areas were all spotless, well appointed and tastefully decorated. a great breakfst was served every morning. but, more than the accommodation and the facilities, it was the people that operated the place. from the owners to the staff, they all truly cared. right from the moment we landed, they all went above and beyond what one would expect of a great holiday stay. they surprised us with plates of fresh cut fruit at different times of the day. when we missed the bus to an ecological park 7 kms away, the owner drove us there himself and refused to accept payment. while we were there, the rains came down suddenly and very heavily. the owners kept in constant touch with us throughout and reassured us that if the bus didn't show up, to let them know and they would pick us up. they always enquired about our comfort and food needs, even inviting us to have dinner with them once whereas the b&b did not serve dinner to its guests. and when we departed, we were plied with little gifts and food for our journey to taipei. it was like they were seeing off two of their own family. we would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone going up into the lovely taiwan mountains

老闆娘及工作人員很親切，晚上還有螢火蟲團，房間舒適漂亮也沒有蟲，早餐好吃，熱水很讚，乾濕分離讚，退房離開時老闆娘還鞠躬真的是很棒的住宿體驗👍

− 4/12當天超過10點後 電視可打開有畫面 但使用遙控器無反應，打電話到總機 #9也都沒人接聽 當天工作人員說有問題可以撥打電話🥲 客房內也沒有遙控器使用說明（如故障的時候）

房間舒適，風景優美，空氣新鮮。

房間舒適乾淨，老闆及員工都十分親切。早餐是自助吧，選擇性多且十分好吃！

− 從奮起湖方向開車過去，路多轉彎且路上還有一些落石，會車時開得有點緊張。

一整個感覺很舒服，服務態度也很好

− 覺得好像可以搭配一下晚餐也不錯 畢竟附近沒什麼吃的 附近的餐廳不是很ok 但是吃飯的地方需要走樓梯 如果有帶長輩去 有些不方便
