1.0− We booked this place through Booking mainly because of the low price. On arrival, the host was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which we appreciated. However, when we returned later, we started feeling uncomfortable. The rooms looked nice at first glance, but the furniture was very worn (e.g. a damaged sofa), the floor was dirty, and there were hairs on the floor and even in the bed, despite it appearing freshly made. When it started raining heavily, water leaked from the ceiling into the bathroom, where there was already visible mold. We informed the host that we were unhappy with the cleanliness, but no solution was offered. As a result, we decided not to stay and booked another place. Communication was handled via a WhatsApp contact, as the host did not speak English. After our departure, we reached out again to ask whether at least the remaining 2 of 4 nights could be refunded. While we understood that a refusal might be possible, we were repeatedly told that we would receive a response, but after weeks of follow-up, no reply was ever provided. Overall, while the initial welcome was friendly, the condition of the accommodation and the lack of follow-up communication were very disappointing.

1.0− Extrêmement déçus de cette expérience, nous avions réservé une nuitée et en arrivant on nous fait savoir que l'hôtel est complet et que nous devons aller ailleurs. Impossible de joindre le gérant qui ne me répond pas au téléphone, ni à mon mail. Et pour le moment aucune suite à ma demande de remboursement...je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
