10.0Stayed here recently and it was truly excellent. The host made us feel like family, the staff went above and beyond. Every meal was fresh, tasty and served with care . The place was impeccably clean and the ambience calm and inviting. Would definitely return

1.0− Une mauvaise expérience humaine. La propriétaire s’est montrée désagréable et peu arrangeante au moment de régler la chambre au point de nous traiter de "menteurs" et de "mauvaises personnes". Lors de notre arrivée nous avons demandé à annuler la dernière nuit de notre séjour. Il ne nous a pas été signifié que cela posait problème. Au moment du paiement la propriétaire a souhaité que l’on paye plus que prévu. D’avantage de communication aurait évité tout mal entendu et des échanges très désagréables qui ont ternis la fin de notre séjour. Il restait ce soir là plusieurs chambres disponibles à la réservation. Notre annulation n’a donc pas affecté l’hôtel.

10.0Superbe accueil dans une maison magnifique! Chambre spacieuse, belle décoration et très propre. Petits déjeuners variés, délicieux et typiques du Kerala. Emplacement idéal à proximité de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. Notre hôte a été un soutien et de bons conseils pour l’organisation de nos déplacements. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!
