7.0沒浴缸跟落地窗隔音不好，沒服務所以沒什麼好追究，設備很好，算有cp值了
− 隔音與安全性
好玩又舒適
10.0天貓精靈很好玩，可以控制房間內裝置，礦泉水跟冷泡茶都可以自取，房見內有躺椅，浴室很大，老闆住隔壁，有問題隨時可以找的到人.
− 由於是網路電視，偶爾會因為網速停頓，遙控有時會接觸不良，看其他人有分享天貓精靈的星空模式，我們怎麼叫都不會出現
