− The landlady has absolutely no manners when it comes to speaking or interacting with others. If any issue arises, she immediately demands that you vacate the property. She has no idea how to speak to guests — she treats them as if they were beggars. Furthermore, if a visitor arrives on the day of your check-out, she threatens to call the police to enforce an early check-out. My experience was terrible; the landlady is particularly rude and behaves insolently.

3.0− The property is located quite far above the downtown area and at a higher elevation. If someone is not physically fit, it would be very difficult to reach the property by walking. When I visited the property, they refused to provide a double room and said that the room would be given according to the price at which it was booked. I checked the room, and it was smelly and not as good as I expected. Additionally, I was unable to locate the property easily. I tried calling the owner multiple times, but no one answered the phone. After wasting nearly two hours searching, I finally managed to find the property.
