9.0Fomos bem recebidos e tivemos total liberdade no imóvel. A localização é excelente, para quem vai de ônibus, por exemplo, o ponto para desembarque fica próximo a casa. O proprietário entrou em contato, dando maiores informações e atenção. O local é tranquilo e seguro.
− Para os dias de muito calor o quarto é um pouco quente, necessitando de um ventilador mais potente. Somente isso. Para quem for locar, apenas informe se tem dificuldade para subir escadas. Se a pessoa for cadeirante, precisa informar e fazer a reserva no espaço térreo.
