2.0The bed was comfy
− The rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear everything around it. The host was talking the whole evening and when I almost was asleep, the host came in and asked me if he can come in. I was sleepy and was totally overwhelmed with that situation. I didn't realize that it was the host at first, so I told him he has to ask. He told me that he is the host and that he is sleeping in this room as well. If he had told me that earlier I probably would have been OK with it. It would have been still weird, but I have no problem with sharing the room with a men. But it was already late and I had no idea what was happening. He saw that I was not comfortable with the situation and he slept somewhere else. So that was really nice of him! The bathroom was not clean at all. On the morning they started von Construction work around 7-7:30am.

7.0The staff are really nice and helpful. They coordinated a van picking me up to go to the bus. The room was very tidy and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked well. My favorite place was on the rooftop terrace. The internet was fast in the room. I liked the neighborhood, very local. Good food and nice restaurant owners. There's a mini mart about 10 mins walk.
− Some of the furniture on the roof could be replaced. And some of the areas could be cleaned more, for example the roof near the rooftop terrace. Also, if the WIFI on the roof was better.

7.0The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. He provided an elaborate file with places to visit in the vicinity, including sight seeing, food stalls, etc. The rooftop bar, which we only visited briefly, gave a nice and cosy impression.
− The private room appeared to be in poor condition (mold, a large hole in the bathroom door, a leak soaking the floor in the bathroom) and not thoroughly cleaned in a while (multiple spiderwebs, thick layers of dust on the fan), also the bathroom appeared to be cleaned only superficially. Another issue for us was the absence of any sound insulation in the private room. If you're a light sleeper, you may wake up together with the early street life, or hear talks or videos being watched in the next room at night. Yet, if this isn't an issue for you, the place is an affordable choice.
