7.0− A bit cramped with the couch in the bedroom. Turning car around or backing out of property a bit difficult.

Drive from Auckland to Tongariro National Park. Which is a good stopover there. We had a great stay. Thank you.
9.0Located in a quiet area but shops nearby for shopping. Good stops between Auckland and Rotorua.
− There is no cabinet in the bedroom, if hangers or clothes rail are in the room will be helpful for hanging the coats :) There is a back garden and a beautiful cat .
