Worst experience using booking.com please block or black list
1.0When I reached the property, the owner cancel my booking when I trying to contact him. He apparently doesn’t want to answer my phone calls, WhatsApp. His property/ unit is over booked & and using the reasons, electricity supply is interrupted. I have to made a new reservation for my stay. I’m very disappointed with your platform, which I am using your services for so many years. I have to share this bad experience with my friends. Please block or black listed Zen bnb to avoid further incident.
− I don’t even have a chance to use any facilities , the booking is cancelled when I try to contact the owner. They are using others customers service counter as their own.
